Hypnotherapy

Yes!  Hypnotherapy does work …it’s extremely effective!  Oftentimes people try hypnotherapy as a last resort and find that they truly should have tried it before spending lots of time in psychotherapy or covering up the problem with zombie-inducing medications. 

One study documented in the American Health Magazine reported the extraordinary and lasting effectiveness of hypnotherapy compared to other therapies:

  • Psychoanalysis    = 38% recovery after 600 sessions
  • Behavior Therapy = 72% after 22 sessions
  • Hypnotherapy       = 93% recovery after 6 sessions

Of course some cases take only 4 sessions, while others will take longer.  A person’s problems are often compounded by many factors, and each needs to be addressed in order to fully recover. 

During my sessions I often use different techniques, all designed to help people find their own answers within, heal old wounds, adjust karmic energies, and address and resolve conflicts within themselves and with relationships. 

The success of our work will depend on how motivated you are to make positive life changes.  I will guide and assist you as far and as long as you want, but you must be an active partner in your own healing.
